What E-NACH does for you
Recurring businesses — lenders, insurers, subscriptions, societies — lose more money to failed follow-ups than to defaults. An e-mandate fixes the authorisation once, and every later debit runs off it.
Mandates are registered with the NPCI, so they work across banks regardless of where the customer holds their account. Presentations, bounces and re-presentations all come back as structured status rather than a bank email.
Paperless registration
The customer authorises with net banking, a debit card or UPI. No physical form, no wet signature, no courier.
Scheduled presentation
Debits are raised on the dates you set, with the amount capped by the mandate the customer approved.
Retry on bounce
A failed debit returns a reason code and can be re-presented within the NACH rules instead of being written off.
Amend, pause and cancel
Mandates can be modified or stopped on request, with the change registered rather than just noted in your system.
NPCI compliant
Registration, presentation and dispute handling follow the NACH framework, which is what makes the debit enforceable.
Collection visibility
See what is due, what was presented, what cleared and what bounced, by customer and by cycle.
01
Raise the mandate
Send the customer an authorisation link carrying the amount cap, frequency and validity.
02
They authorise once
Net banking, debit card or UPI — the mandate is registered with their bank in minutes.
03
Debits run on schedule
Present on the due date through the API or a scheduled batch; nobody has to be reminded.
04
Act on the exceptions
Only the bounces need attention, with the bank reason attached and a re-presentation ready.
A standing instruction lives inside one bank. A NACH mandate is registered centrally, so it works regardless of which bank your customer uses and is portable across your collection cycles.
The cap is whatever the customer approved at registration. Debits above that are rejected by the bank, which is a protection for both sides.
Yes, at any time, through you or their bank. The cancellation is registered and later presentations stop rather than failing.
