What Payment Link does for you

A payment link is a hosted page carrying your logo, the amount and the reason for payment. The customer opens it, pays by any method they already use, and both of you get a receipt that references the same order.

For teams that bill the same customers monthly, links can be generated in bulk from a sheet or raised automatically from the API when an invoice is issued.

Capabilities
Links in seconds Enter an amount, a note and an expiry. The link is live before you have finished typing the customer message.
Sent where they read Push the link over WhatsApp, SMS or email from the dashboard, or copy it into whatever channel you already use.
Bulk and recurring Raise a thousand links from one upload, each with its own amount and reference, and schedule reminders for the unpaid ones.
Your branding Logo, colours and a short description, so the page reads as yours rather than as a payment processor.
Expiry and limits Set how long a link stays open and whether it accepts one payment or many, which keeps stale links from being reused.
Reconciled by reference Every link carries your own invoice number into the settlement report, so matching payments to bills is not manual work.

Questions we get asked

No. The link is a hosted page on our side, which is exactly why businesses selling over WhatsApp and Instagram use it.

Yes. A link can be set to single-use for an invoice, or left open to collect from many customers, such as for an event or a donation.

Automatic reminders go out on your schedule until the link expires, and the dashboard shows every link that is still open.
