A bank-held escrow with the release conditions written into the workflow, for marketplaces, lenders and any deal where both sides need to trust the middle.

What ESCROW Account does for you

In an escrow, funds sit with a bank rather than with either party. Release happens when a documented condition is satisfied — a delivery confirmed, a milestone signed off, a loan disbursed — and not before.

The arrangement is what lets a marketplace hold buyer money until a seller ships, and what lets a lending platform keep collections separate from its own operating funds.

Capabilities
Held at the bank Funds rest in a scheduled bank's escrow account, outside the operating balance of either party.
Conditional release Rules decide when money moves — on delivery, on approval, on a date, or on a split across several beneficiaries.
Multi-party splits One inbound payment can be apportioned between seller, platform fee, tax and logistics in a single release.
Maker-checker control Releases need a second approver, and the approval is recorded with the user, time and reason.
Immutable trail Every credit, hold and release is logged in sequence, which is what an auditor or a regulator will ask to see.
Documented agreements The escrow agreement, the parties and the release conditions are held against the account, not in somebody's inbox.
How it works
01
Set up the escrow We help structure the arrangement with the banking partner and record the parties and conditions.
02
Buyers fund the account Inbound payments land in escrow and are tagged to the deal, not to your revenue.
03
Conditions are met Delivery, milestone or approval is confirmed through the dashboard or the API.
04
Funds release and split The release runs on the agreed terms, apportioned across beneficiaries, with the trail recorded.
Questions we get asked

A scheduled commercial bank. We operate the instruction layer and the record, which keeps the funds independent of both parties.

Escrow is a documented banking arrangement, so expect two to four weeks depending on the structure and the partner bank.

A release that has left the bank follows normal banking rules. The controls are deliberately before the release — approvals, conditions and limits.
